Lamb Leg Steaks

Our Lamb leg steaks come from the leaner part of the leg and are boneless. Lamb leg steaks are best grilled, griddled, or pan-fried. They are also great on the BBQ in the summer. Cook them for 6 to 8 mins on each side depending on thickness. Try a loin chop or a Barnsley chop for a similar meaty cut in individual portions.
