How to cook your rose veal T-bones
Our rose veal T-bone steaks are dry aged on the bone for 14 days to give you a tender and flavour full steak that doesn’t take much in the way of cooking.
Take your rose veal t-bone steaks out of the fridge ahead of time and allow them to come to room temperature.
Preheat a griddle or frying pan until it’s smoking hot.
Season your veal t-bone steaks with a little sea salt and black pepper or a rub of your choice.
Add your steaks to the pan and cook for 2 -3 minutes without turning to allow them to brown. Turn your steaks over and keep the heat high to brown the other side.
Turn down the heat a little and continue to cook your steaks to the point where you’re satisfied. 4 – 5 minutes should give you medium rare.
Remove from the pan and allow to rest in a warm place for at least 5 minutes before serving.
