Rose Veal T-Bone Steak

Our Yorkshire free range rose veal T-bone steaks are tender and full of flavour. Our Rose Veal is more mature than the continental veal and is allowed to roam and forage for food. The reward for this method of farming is a deeper coloured and more flavour full meat. We dry-aged our rose veal T-bones for 14 days to deliver a moist and tender steak combining the sirloin and fillet in one cut.

How to cook your rose veal T-bones

Our rose veal T-bone steaks are dry aged on the bone for 14 days to give you a tender and flavour full steak that doesn’t take much in the way of cooking.

Take your rose veal t-bone steaks out of the fridge ahead of time and allow them to come to room temperature.

Preheat a griddle or frying pan until it’s smoking hot.

Season your veal t-bone steaks with a little sea salt and black pepper or a rub of your choice.

Add your steaks to the pan and cook for 2 -3 minutes without turning to allow them to brown. Turn your steaks over and keep the heat high to brown the other side.
Turn down the heat a little and continue to cook your steaks to the point where you’re satisfied. 4 – 5 minutes should give you medium rare.

Remove from the pan and allow to rest in a warm place for at least 5 minutes before serving.

Taste Tradition Meat Delivery Box

Our delivery service allows you to pick a delivery date in advance when you reach the checkout.

Next day delivery is free on orders over £45.

Our deliveries are Tuesday to Friday as standard and we also offer a Saturday delivery as a premium service, but this is unfortunately an expensive option, so it’s much better to try and plan ahead.

Your order will be kept fresh in our insulated boxes and the box can be used as storage for larger cuts if you replace or re-freeze the ice sheets. This comes in very handy when you don’t have enough room in your fridge on busy special occasions.
